Laser Screed Services
Laser screeds allow us to place concrete in a more efficient approach to execute floor flatness(FL) and floor levelness(FF). We are proficient in placing both flat floor and concrete paving using 3D technology. Together he 3D technology and laser screeds provide accuracy and quality performance.
Concrete Place & Finish
Relentless Construction Services is not only skilled in concrete placements but is accredited by the American Concrete Institute. Our team is known to take on the most intricate Place and Finish projects throughout Texas. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, we are confident in achieving all your concrete finishing needs. Placement services provided but not limited to, mat slabs, slab-on-grade, tilt-up, metal deck, pan slab foundation, and concrete paving.
Machined Curb
Slip form curb shares the same concept in accuracy and quality performance as our concrete laser screeds. The curb machine allows concrete to be shaped more accurately in the area specified and produces a more efficient product yield. This helps optimizes time. Types of slip form capabilities include standard curb and gutter, and custom mold profile applications which provide a clean pleasing appearance to the perimeter of parking lots.

Our Story
My name is Jose “Joe” Carrasco, founder of Relentless Construction Services, LLC. The passion I hold for concrete construction began when I was just a young boy, what was once just a play time unknowingly would develop into a future.
My grandfather owned a small concrete business and played a major role in shaping both my work ethic and my future. During weekends and school breaks, he gave me the opportunity to work alongside him. What started with cleaning tools and helping around the jobsite quickly became a genuine interest in the craftsmanship, discipline, and hard work behind concrete construction. Most importantly, my grandfather instilled in me the “go-getter” mentality that continues to drive me today.
In 2009, It all began when accepting a foreman position overseeing formwork and continued developing my knowledge and hands-on experience in the concrete industry while working for a Well Known Tx Based Concrete Outfit. Over the years, I had the opportunity to be part of many successful projects and gained valuable experience in concrete forming, placement, finishing, and overall project execution.
In 2017, I decided to take that experience, work ethic, and determination and build something of my own. Relentless Construction Services was born.
We began primarily with form setting and soon expanded into concrete finishing and other specialized concrete services. Through hard work, consistency, and the support of my wife and family, Relentless Construction has continued to grow in both our capabilities and the projects we take on.
Today, our mission remains simple: show up, perform, meet the schedule, and deliver quality work our customers can depend on.
The name Relentless represents exactly how we approach our work. We believe in pushing forward, finding solutions, meeting challenges head-on, and doing whatever it takes to get the job done right.
